About Us

HUMAN VERSION WITH ACTUAL PERSONALITY

Introduction

We didn’t start UTDS to become an “agency

UTDS started because we were tired of seeing businesses misled, overcharged, or handed the type of work that looks fine on a slide but collapses the minute anyone pushes on the detail.

We built UTDS as a reaction to that.

A place where the work is done properly, the numbers are real, and no one hides behind jargon.

We care about the result because we care about the craft

Our values

(the ones we actually live by)

If a value doesn’t cost you anything, it isn’t a value.

Ours cost time, effort, and the discipline to uphold them when it would be easier not to.

Accuracy over noise.

If the data is wrong, everything else is wrong.

Honesty over comfort.

We tell you what you need to hear, not what is easy to hear.

Craft over shortcuts.

We build things to last, not to impress in a meeting.

Responsibility over ego.

We treat client budgets as if they were our own. £500k+ a month demands that.

People over headcount.

We don’t boast about team size. We focus on whether the right specialists are doing the work.

Everyone who joins UTDS has one thing in common: they take the work personally.

Not emotionally – professionally.

If a system is wrong, we fix it.

If tracking is incorrect, we don’t run ads until it is right.

If you’re wasting money, we say so.

If you ask for something that won’t work, expect a direct answer.

We’re here to produce outcomes that stand up to scrutiny.

Not marketing theatre.

Where we came from

UTDS began in Tirana in 2016.

Small office. Small team. Big expectations.

The early years were messy and intense, lots of late nights fixing things that should never have been broken in the first place.

Those projects shaped our standards and our intolerance for sloppy work.

In 2020, we expanded into Salesforce.

By 2025, we became a Salesforce Consulting Partner because we had already been doing the work of one for years.

Our paid advertising portfolio has grown to more than £500k per month.

Not through shouting about ourselves, but because we take ownership of the result, not just the task.
